1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing ck89 ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules published on this website. These documents are incorporated by reference and form the complete agreement between you and ck89.

ck89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To use ck89's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ck89 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
• You must be a resident or lawful visitor in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. False registration details will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold a suspended, restricted, or voluntarily self-excluded account with ck89.

ck89 strictly complies with applicable age-verification requirements and may request supporting documents such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate at any time to confirm your age and identity.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on ck89. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. ck89 recommends you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or services.
• Never share your username, password, or OTP with any third party, including ck89 support staff (we will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

KYC Verification

ck89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delay of pending transactions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ck89 supports several payment methods popular with players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and other regions of Bangladesh. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amounts and minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the cashier section. These limits are denominated in BDT.
• All funds deposited must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned (minus any transfer fees incurred).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Processing times may vary during Bangladesh public holidays.
• ck89 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banking networks) once a withdrawal has been approved on our end.

Currency & Exchange Rates

All account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on ck89 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ck89 does not currently support multi-currency wallets; all amounts shown are in BDT.

ck89 will never charge a fee for processing standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ck89 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by specific terms that apply alongside these general Terms & Conditions:

• A wagering requirement (rollover) applies to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types or betting markets specified in the promotion. Using a bonus outside permitted game categories will result in forfeiture.
• ck89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, where doing so is in the interest of platform integrity.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, bonus abuse, or collusion will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for possible suspension.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and are limited to one bonus per household, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will be treated as a violation of these terms.

6. Responsible Gaming

ck89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means to resolve personal financial difficulties. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to engage with our responsible gaming resources.

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem should contact our support team immediately. We offer the following responsible gaming tools:

• Self-exclusion: players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time by contacting our support team.
• Deposit limits: players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending. Limit reduction requests take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality checks and time-out features: contact support to activate session time reminders or to take a defined break from gaming activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ck89. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate gaming entertainment.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform or its games.
• Any form of fraud, chargebacks, or dishonest conduct in relation to deposits, withdrawals, or promotions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

ck89 cooperates with relevant authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity. Any detected illegal conduct will be reported to the appropriate bodies in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck89 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and compiled materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck89 or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any ck89 content without our express prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck89, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from technical failures, server outages, third-party payment processing errors, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

ck89 does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ck89 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of ck89 following the posting of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation.
